School A: Tiny Tots School had a student dropout rate of more than 10 % for the last 2 academic years. The students' performance in Class 10 exams started decreasing 4 years ago. Every year their pass percentage has been less than 60% in board exams. The school is now struggling to pay the teachers.
School B: Little Bears School has children who mostly come from families below the poverty line. They cannot pay high fees. So the school is unable to hire qualified teachers. The teachers and students work hard, but still, their pass percentage is not more than 60% in the Class 10 boards. They have improved from 40% pass to 60% pass in the past 4 years.
