Start by reading the MLP. As you read each asset, check if the asset has a MM aid. If available, please go through it. Go through all available multimedia teaching aids and interactive quiz on the LMS, pertaining to this chapter

Make a rough plan on how you are going to distribute this across the number of available periods

Open the CTP from the LMS

Start Filling the preliminary information like name, class, etc.

Fill in the number of periods planned for this chapter (as per the period allocation for each chapter provided by your school or board)

Find the learning objectives (specific learning outcomes as per NCFSE 2024) at the beginning of the MLP document. Copy and paste In the space provided for that in the CTP 

For each period decide the following: TLMs, class starter, previous knowledge verification, methodology, wrap up and follow up

Start by thinking of learning objectives for each period. Based on that, decide the assets (each asset corresponds to one learning objective)

For each period, enter the concept you’re planning to teach, choose the assets for class starter, decide how you're going to check previous knowledge (you can use assets like part of IQ or QA for this if you want)   

  When the form is submitted a copy goes to the email id used while filling the form.
